To Use: Enhance your bathing experience with candlelight, soft music or just enjoy the blissful silence that surrounds you. Warm to hot water is suggested for these salts. (Warm water promotes absorption by the body and hot water increases detoxification.) Place 3-4 salt blocks in bath when filling tub. When bath is full, take out all but 1 block and allow that block to dissolve while you are soaking. Soak for 2-15 minutes.
